Maynard Property Investment (MPI) is family owned and operated and strives to bring those same values into each new venture. It is integral to work together with the business owners, local contractors, and city officials in different markets. The company strives to not outsource any professional services, contracting, interior design, or landscape architecture to other communities and welcomes these local businesses into the MPI family.  MPI is dedicated to pursuing creative and innovative design on projects in partnership with local professionals, with the goal of becoming a catalyst for continual growth.

MPI has been involved in owning and operating commercial real estate in the heart of downtown Fort Worth, TX since 1999 and has since expanded into other cities across the state. MPI is now shifting the focus to vibrant communities in rural Texas that are in need of creative expansion. They have a vision for future development involving mixed-use commercial, residential, and multi-family projects that will cement brand new concepts in their target markets.
